Gina Morelli discovered her enthusiasm for real estate early, building a robust career filled with professional milestones and satisfied clients.
Gina started her career just after high school graduation in one of the most competitive markets in the country– Las Vegas. She worked with some of the most notable Las Vegas real estate and property management companies and earned recognition for outstanding customer service and sales performance. As business manager for Lincoln Property Company, she managed large-scale apartment communities and was named Manager of the Year twice.
She got acquainted with Bandon during visits with friends. Drawn to the natural beauty of the Oregon Coast and Bandon's small-town lifestyle, Gina started plans to open her own business. She opened Beach Loop Realty in the summer of 2006, adding property management services in 2010.
Her experience in urban and rural real estate markets has convinced Gina that hard work, integrity and professionalism are rewarding for her and her clients.
In 2019, Gina purchased a 3,000 SF commercial building located in Old Town Bandon and after remodeling the interior moved her brokerage into the space in 2020. In 2021 Beach Loop quietly celebrated their 15-year anniversary.
Fifteen years was a noteworthy milestone for an independent brokerage. The company has grown since 2020 doubling in size by number of agents and staff. In 2021, the Beach Loop sales team served 128 clients with $52 million in sales volume.
Gina is a licensed broker with the Oregon Real Estate Agency and an Accredited Buyer Representative designated by the National Realtor Association. Additional professional memberships include the National Association of Realtors, Oregon Association of Realtors and the Coos County Board of Realtors; as well as the Oregon Rental Housing Association and Rental Owners Association of Southwest Oregon. She enjoys expanding and sharing her knowledge through regular Beach Loop team meetings and professional training with her associates.
She has served as a member of the Ocean Crest Elementary School Parent Teacher Association and volunteered in the classroom weekly during her daughter's elementary years. She also served as a volunteer member of the board of directors for Bandon Community Preschool from 2014 to 2017, helping facilitate the school's move to the Bandon Community Youth Center. Currently, Gina serves on the Harbor Lights middle school Site committee.
Gina enjoys her country home setting just 5 minutes from town with her husband and daughter. When she’s not working, she has fun playing at the beach with her family, attending her daughter's ballet performances with Marlo Dance Studio or sitting down to a home-cooked dinner with a glass of PNW chardonnay.
