A licensed Realtor in Oregon and Nevada, Gina Morelli moved to Bandon after a stellar real estate career in Las Vegas, one of the most competitive markets in the nation. She worked with some of the most notable Las Vegas real estate firms, and was consistently recognized for outstanding sales performance locally and nationally.  At her last major company, she performed among the top 7 percent of real estate agents worldwide.
